If the hostname points to the wrong place, port forwarding and TLS checks can look broken even when the router path is fine.
- Start by confirming the hostname resolves to the public IP you expect.
- If DDNS is involved, compare the DNS result with your current public IP.
- If web access still fails, move into HTTP Headers or SSL Check next.
